Ciaran Foley, Executive Vice President of MarketSnag, an Orange County based search engine optimization and internet marketing firm, has been appointed President of Tech Coast Venture Network (TCVN), a non-profit organization and one of Southern California’s premier technology business networks 

Irvine, CA, March 1, 2010 - MarketSnag is proud to announce the appointment of its Executive Vice President, Ciaran Foley as the President of TCVN, a highly respected non-profit technology business network in Orange County, dedicated to educating and assisting entrepreneurs and emerging growth companies, and connecting them with capital and value-added resources to help their businesses grow.

Ciaran is an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded or served as an equity partner in several companies, holding positions as CEO, COO or Board Member and has participated in advisory, project management, fundraising, business development, technical, sales and marketing roles.

The office of President of TCVN is a new position, created exclusively for Mr. Foley.  He will share TCVN’s executive responsibilities with the organization’s Chairman, Bart Greenberg.  Mr. Greenberg and TCVN’s Executive Committee are excited about the new direction vision and direction Foley brings to the organization.  Ciaran has been instrumental in instituting a new website presence and the integration of Education, Networking and Social Media tools, designed to help entrepreneur’s learn and prepare themselves for Angel and VC funding.
